Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts seven days. If more than seven days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. The costs derived from shipping and returning the product are not refundable and must be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the case of books, returns are not accepted for books in which a dedication from the author has been requested. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to no fault of ours
  • Any item returned more than seven days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items for sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contacto@paudelavega.com to arrange the return mechanism.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee received the order to give to him or her later, we will issue a refund to the giftee and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping and returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
