The enclosure
El Barco de Papel is a cultural forum and bookstore for the Latino community in New York. It opened its doors in 2003, with the aim of being a meeting point for artists, poets, writers and disseminating literature in Spanish among the new generations.
In this space, literary readings and book signings by local authors are held, an open microphone for poets and writers, read theater, classes and workshops, literary gatherings and musical presentations.
